I am unable to send Export Log.
If you are getting error while
sending Export Log, please follow below mentioned
steps to resolve the issue.
- Click
on My Computer or Computer
(if you are Windows Vista user).
- Go to the location
C:\Program Files\Max Secure Anti
Virus. (Here
C is the drive where your operating system
is installed.)
- This
will open the Max Secure Anti Virus folder.

Find Log folder in the
Max Secure Anti Virus folder.
- Select the Log folder
and right click.
Then select "Send To ->
Compressed (Zipped) Folder"
option.
- It will create Log.zip
file. Please send Log.zip
as an attachment to us at info@maxpcsecure.com
